Twist Tie Dragon, Second Round

This is the third dragon I ever made. I'm skipping the second because I have no clue where it's got too, and to be honest, it was a terrible attempt at Rayquaza. Anyway, this one's more complex than the first one, as you can see by the fact that it's on two legs as opposed to four, and its body is just a little more developed.
